Peter is a strategic real estate project leader known for delivering complex, high-impact developments through expert team assembly, contract negotiation, and deep market insight. He is a seasoned project leader at Seneca Group with extensive experience delivering projects across the educational, commercial office, industrial, and residential sectors. His portfolio includes work for prominent clients such as Expedia Group, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Amazon, Russell Investments, Zulily, Northeastern University, St. Thomas School, Lakeside School, Forest Ridge, Horizon House, Darigold, and Hospital Central Services Association.

Most notably, Peter played a key leadership role in delivering the Expedia Group headquarters campus in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood, one of the region’s most significant corporate developments. He remains actively engaged across multiple projects, where he leads team assembly and contract negotiation efforts. This work has equipped him with a strong command of the Pacific Northwest real estate market, as well as the technical, financial, and interpersonal skills required to drive successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Peter worked as a project manager for a local general contractor, grounding his approach in practical construction knowledge and execution discipline.

Peter is an active industry and community leader. Outside of work, he volunteers as a soccer coach for Holy Rosary School and the West Seattle Soccer Club.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Carleton College.
