As a trusted advisor, we guided key decisions related to project strategy, phasing, temporary facilities, stakeholder alignment, and overall campus development.

Since 2005, we have partnered with St. Thomas School to guide the evolution of its campus, providing continuity across the new main campus, temporary swing-space facilities, the Athletics & Performing Arts Center, and the Center for Learning & Innovation. Our program management approach helps align individual projects with the school's long-term vision, operational needs, and educational goals.

We provided comprehensive project management services for the planning, design, and construction of the new 55,000 SF campus, including consultant procurement, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, design management, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination. Acting as the school's representative, we managed the complex sequencing of temporary relocation, demolition, and new construction while maintaining alignment with project goals and educational priorities.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure building systems supported modern educational environments, long-term operational efficiency, and the school's sustainability goals. Our oversight helped integrate high-performance systems and visible environmental features that contributed to the project's LEED Gold certification and ENERGY STAR designation.

To maintain uninterrupted school operations, we oversaw the development and transition to temporary facilities at Linbrook Office Park and Eastside Prep School while the new campus was constructed. Our team coordinated relocation planning, move management, and occupancy readiness activities to ensure a seamless experience for students, faculty, and staff throughout the project.

We proactively managed risks associated with occupied-school operations, temporary relocation, demolition, permitting, budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination. Through disciplined planning, continuous monitoring, and clear communication, we helped maintain project momentum while minimizing disruption to the school community and supporting successful project delivery.
