We are partnering with Lakeside School to implement a key initiative from the recently completed Campus Master Plan, transforming Allen-Gates Hall into a new hub for engineering, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning. As a trusted advisor, we help align project goals, educational priorities, budget considerations, and stakeholder expectations while supporting decision-making throughout planning and delivery.

As part of our ongoing partnership with Lakeside School, we help ensure the Allen-Gates Hall renovation aligns with the broader Campus Master Plan and related capital investments across the Upper School campus. Our program management approach provides continuity between planning and implementation, helping the school advance long-term campus goals through coordinated decision-making and strategic project delivery.

We are providing comprehensive project management services from planning through occupancy, coordinating the efforts of the architect, contractor, consultants, and school stakeholders. Our team manages budgeting, scheduling, permitting, project controls, and stakeholder communication while overseeing the renovation of Allen-Gates Hall into a modern learning environment that supports Lakeside's long-term academic vision.

We are working closely with the design and construction teams to ensure building systems support the specialized requirements of engineering labs, fabrication spaces, robotics programs, flexible learning environments, and future program growth. Our oversight helps balance performance, adaptability, sustainability, and long-term operational efficiency.

The project is being delivered within an active campus environment while portions of Allen-Gates Hall remain occupied. We are coordinating phasing, construction logistics, user readiness, furniture and equipment planning, and transition activities to minimize disruption and support a smooth integration of the new spaces into daily campus life.

We proactively manage risks associated with occupied-campus construction, budget, schedule, permitting, and phased implementation. Through continuous coordination with school leadership, the design team, and contractor, we help anticipate challenges, maintain project momentum, and keep the project aligned with Lakeside's educational and campus development objectives.
