About
Rashel is a Development Manager with more than 18 years of experience delivering luxury residential, K–12 education, workplace, and corporate real estate projects. Her background spans development management, owner’s representation, construction, and planning, enabling her to guide projects from early feasibility and design through permitting, construction, and occupancy. Known for her collaborative leadership and thoughtful approach to project delivery, Rashel helps clients align design quality, operational needs, and project objectives while successfully navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Since joining Seneca Group, Rashel has managed a diverse portfolio of projects for confidential private clients, independent schools, and leading technology companies. Her experience includes luxury residential estates, K–12 campus developments, workplace projects, and corporate technology initiatives, including work for Amazon and Meta. She has led projects across the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest, coordinating multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy. Her ability to adapt across project types while maintaining strong client relationships has made her a trusted partner on highly customized and design-driven developments.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Rashel built a diverse foundation in the San Francisco Bay Area across development, owner’s representation, construction, and planning. She was part of the development team for the Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission, a 700K SF mixed-use development that combined the restoration of the historic Aronson Building with the construction of a new luxury residential tower. She also served as an owner’s representative for commercial TI projects and held project management roles with Plant Construction, contributing to historic renovations, seismic upgrades, Class A office developments, and retail projects. Earlier in her career, she worked in urban planning, supporting campus planning, historic preservation, and community engagement initiatives.
Rashel earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Urban Studies with a focus on Architecture and Urban Design from Stanford University.
