Craig is a Principal and firm leader at Seneca Group, where he helps guide the strategic direction of the organization while remaining actively engaged in client work. Known for his strategic leadership, practical problem-solving, and commitment to client success, Craig balances firm oversight with hands-on involvement in complex development projects.

Since joining Seneca Group in 2003, Craig has advised and led projects for some of the region’s most recognized organizations, including Amazon, Expedia, f5 and The Museum of Flight. He is particularly valued for helping clients navigate critical early-stage decisions, bringing expertise in development strategy, site selection, real estate advisory, and transaction management. His ability to align business objectives, project requirements, and stakeholder interests helps clients establish a strong foundation for successful outcomes.

Craig’s experience spans a diverse range of project types across the United States, Canada, and India, providing him with a broad perspective on market dynamics, organizational needs, and development challenges. Whether guiding a major capital project or advising on strategic real estate decisions, he is known for delivering clear direction, sound judgment, and a focus on execution.

Prior to Seneca Group, Craig worked as an architect, where he built a strong foundation in design, project management, advisory services, and business development. This multidisciplinary background continues to inform his holistic approach to development management and client advisory services.

Beyond his project work, Craig is an active civic and industry leader. He currently serves on the University of Washington’s Runstad School of Real Estate Advisory Board and volunteers at UW’s Foster School business plan competition. He has also served on the Seattle Design Review Board and the Board of Trustees for Plymouth Housing, reflecting his longstanding commitment to community leadership, housing, and the future of the real estate industry.
