We partnered with the Museum of Flight from the earliest stages of the project, helping shape the vision for the Space Gallery through master planning, strategic development advice, permitting, and financing support. As a trusted advisor, we guided key decisions related to project feasibility, funding strategies, regulatory approvals, and long-term campus integration, helping position the project for successful delivery and lasting impact.

We provided comprehensive project management throughout design and construction, leading architect and contractor procurement, contract negotiations, budget and schedule development, and ongoing cost and schedule control. Acting as the central point of coordination among the Museum, design team, contractors, and stakeholders, we aligned project objectives, managed risk, and oversaw execution to deliver a LEED Gold-certified facility under budget and on an accelerated schedule.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure building systems supported the specialized environmental, exhibit, and operational requirements of a world-class aerospace museum. Our oversight helped balance performance, sustainability, maintainability, and cost, contributing to the successful delivery of a LEED Gold-certified facility.

We coordinated project delivery with the Museum’s operational and exhibit teams to support artifact installation, exhibit readiness, and a smooth transition into the new gallery. By aligning construction activities with operational requirements, we helped position the Space Gallery for a successful opening and immediate public engagement.
