About
Ann is a real estate strategist and development leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex projects across cultural, workplace, R&D, civic, and hospitality sectors. Her expertise spans feasibility studies, due diligence, land use entitlements, capital planning, and multi-phase project execution. Known for her analytical approach and technical rigor, she helps clients navigate complex decisions, manage risk, and advance projects from concept through completion.
At Seneca Group, Ann provides strategic advisory and development management services for new construction and tenant improvement projects. She has led and advised projects for clients including Amazon, Alaska Air Group, Northeastern University, MOHAI, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Benaroya Hall, PATH, First United Methodist Church, and the Space Needle. Her experience includes capital improvement programs for cultural institutions, workplace environments, and R&D facilities, often involving complex operational requirements, phased delivery strategies, and accelerated schedules. A trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, she helps clients evaluate development options, optimize entitlement strategies, coordinate stakeholder engagement, manage construction impacts within occupied facilities, and successfully transition projects into operations.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Ann served as Assistant Vice President and Development Manager for Suncadia, a 7,000-acre destination resort community, where she managed projects from master planning and entitlements through construction and operational transition. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade as a practicing architect, leading hospitality, commercial, civic, educational, and high-rise projects. This combination of architectural, development, and owner-representation experience continues to inform her strategic and integrated approach to project delivery.
Ann received a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard/Radcliffe College.
