Amy is a highly experienced project and operations professional who provides critical administrative, project coordination, and employee support services across the firm. Since joining Seneca Group in 2008, she has become the longest-serving Project Assistant in firm history. Known for her reliability, adaptability, and deep institutional knowledge, Amy helps teams stay organized, aligned, and focused on successful project delivery.
Throughout her tenure, Amy has supported a wide range of development projects and internal initiatives. She has contributed to nearly every major Amazon development project in the Seattle region over the past 18 years, providing continuity, institutional knowledge, and project support across one of the firm’s longest-running client relationships. Today, she supports teams leading Amazon projects in New York, Nashville, and Bellevue, providing coordination, documentation management, reporting support, meeting logistics, and day-to-day administrative assistance. In addition to her project responsibilities, she provides executive support, helping maintain efficient operations across the organization.
Amy is recognized for her ability to quickly learn client systems and processes, translate complex requirements into clear workflows, and adapt to evolving project needs. Her extensive knowledge of firm operations, combined with her client-focused approach, makes her a trusted resource for both project teams and internal stakeholders. She plays an important role in maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring teams remain aligned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Amy worked as an Executive Assistant for an architecture firm, where she developed a strong foundation in administrative operations, client service, and professional services support.
Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
