At Tower 2, we provided hands-on project management to coordinate the architect, general contractor, landlord, and Amazon teams around a shared vision, schedule, and budget. Our team maintained flexibility as project needs evolved, driving collaboration and decision-making to keep delivery aligned with client goals while creating a cohesive workplace and training environment.

While the base building was being delivered by the developer, SWVP, we worked closely with them, the designers and contractor to align core building systems with Amazon's objectives. This included partnering with SWVP to redesign portions of the base building HVAC system to better support Amazon's sustainability goals while maintaining flexibility for future workplace and training uses. By coordinating building systems decisions early, we reduced downstream design risk, improved infrastructure readiness, and ensured the facility could support evolving program requirements without impacting project delivery.
