Elaine Wine

LEED® AP, Associate Principal

Elaine specializes in commercial office development, bringing extensive experience in high-profile, complex projects. Her portfolio includes the Amazon Spheres in Seattle and development of over 4M SF of Class A office space, including the Helix at Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia. She has expertise in high-touch, experiential projects where visitor engagement is a priority. Elaine is leading development of a uniquely positioned public high school in the DMV. Before joining Seneca Group, Elaine oversaw major capital investments for the Federal Transit Administration, managed design and construction of the Seattle Seahawks practice facility, and spent over 15 years as a licensed architect working with public agencies and corporate clients.

Elaine holds a BA in Architecture and Urban Design from Lehigh University and received a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Project Management from the University of Washington.

As an active member of the AEC industry, Elaine participates in AIA, CREW DC, DCBIO, CoreNet Global Mid-Atlantic, and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the Seattle Design Commission, AIA Board of Directors, and multiple preservations boards. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
