Elaine Wine

LEED® AP, Associate Principal

Elaine’s experience is focused in the commercial office sector with work on projects including the Amazon Spheres in Seattle, Washington, and development of over 4 million square feet of Class A office space including the Helix for Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Elaine provided oversight of major capital investments for the Federal Transit Administration, managed design and construction of the Seattle Seahawks practice facility, and worked for over 15 years as a licensed architect for public agencies and corporate clients.

Elaine holds a BA in Architecture and Urban Design from Lehigh University and received a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Project Management from the University of Washington.

Elaine is an active member of the Seattle Design Commission, American Institute of Architects, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Prior community service has included appointments on the Ballard and Seattle Landmarks Preservation Boards, Seattle Architecture Foundation, and AIA Seattle Board of Directors.
