We led development management for The Spheres from early planning through construction and occupancy. Our team coordinated design, construction, budget, schedule, and stakeholder alignment across one of Amazon’s most technically complex and recognizable projects. We also led delivery of the custom façade system, environmental controls, lighting, humidity systems, and plant life support infrastructure alongside workplace, retail, and event spaces.

We supported Amazon through site strategy, entitlement, permitting, and overall project coordination for The Spheres as a signature element of the HQ1 campus. Our team helped align design vision, operational goals, and delivery strategy throughout development.

We supported operational readiness for flexible meeting, event, retail, and public engagement spaces throughout The Spheres. Coordination across teams helped prepare the building to support employee collaboration, executive events, public programming, and ongoing facility operations from opening day.

Delivering The Spheres required proactive coordination across complex structural systems, environmental requirements, and evolving program needs within a dense urban campus. We helped manage schedule, cost, technical, and construction risks through close stakeholder coordination, integrated planning, and active oversight throughout design and construction.
