Challenge
Designing a workplace that felt like a neighborhood rather than a traditional corporate campus required a shift in planning approach. The building needed to support both employee use and public engagement in a balanced way. Integrating retail, open space, and office functions within a dense urban site introduced coordination challenges. Maintaining alignment with broader campus development while creating a distinct identity added further complexity.
Solution
We led development management through design and construction, aligning the project vision with execution. Our team coordinated closely with design and construction partners to shape the building massing and ground-level experience. Retail and exterior spaces were integrated to encourage activity and connection at the street level. Budget and schedule oversight ensured consistent progress while maintaining alignment with campus-wide goals.
Outcome & Impact
Frontier expands the campus with a workplace designed to support both employees and the surrounding community. The building’s form and ground-level activation create a more open and engaging presence. Retail and outdoor spaces contribute to a vibrant, neighborhood-oriented experience. Our client received a flexible, high-capacity asset that reinforces a more connected and accessible campus.
