Ann Lin

LEED® AP, Principal

Ann has managed the delivery of numerous projects for clients including Amazon, the Space Needle Corporation, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Northeastern University, First United Methodist Church, and PATH and Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca Group, she was Assistant Vice President and Senior Development Manager for Lowe Development Corporation at Suncadia, and a practicing architect for ten years working on a variety of commercial, civic and hospitality projects.

Ann is a licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard/Radcliffe College and a Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
