About
Jocelyn is a globally experienced real estate and development leader known for delivering complex, high-profile projects in new markets. During a multi-year assignment in Madrid, she led core advisory and development projects at Seneca Group in Europe. Since joining the firm Seattle’s office in 2016, she has managed a portfolio of large-scale developments for enterprise clients, providing end-to-end services including real estate strategy, development advisory, lease and purchase transactions, due diligence, and portfolio planning.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning architecture, development, and strategic advisory services, Jocelyn specializes in helping clients navigate complexity. Whether entering new markets, advancing adaptive reuse projects, or managing challenging stakeholder environments, she brings clarity to uncertainty and helps teams make informed decisions that keep projects moving forward. She is currently leads an Amazon MGM Studios project, overseeing an international development that supports one of the world’s leading entertainment brands.
Jocelyn has been instrumental in delivering high-profile tenant improvement and adaptive reuse projects, including leading the transformation of Amazon’s historic NYC office, “Hank,” in the landmark Lord & Taylor building into a modern tech hub. Recognized as a go-to expert in adaptive reuse and historic preservation, she is frequently sought out for media commentary. Her work with Amazon also includes contributions to over 20M SF of development and renovation across its Seattle campus.
Prior to Seneca Group, Jocelyn worked at a Seattle-based architecture firm managing projects ranging from tenant improvements to seismic upgrades and historic renovations.
Jocelyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University of Ohio.
