424 Fifth Avenue has been selected to receive NY Landmarks Conservancy’s prestigious Lucy G. Moses Preservation Project Award for 2023. Every year, the Conservancy presents these awards as a tribute to outstanding achievements in historic preservation. Named after a benevolent and committed resident of New York, these awards honor her legacy. Thank you to Higgins Quasebarth & Partners for nominating this special project and to the whole project team for bringing this restoration project to life. The awards event is April 10, 2024 at the Plaza.
