Peta is a results-driven project and construction management leader known for delivering complex, large-scale developments with precision, strong stakeholder alignment, and exceptional execution across commercial and public sector projects. Since joining Seneca Group in 2021, Peta has established herself as a top-performing project leader, spearheading the management of major capital projects, including Amazon HQ2 developments and a 2.5-acre public park. She is recognized for her strong planning capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and leadership in complex, fast-paced project environments.
With deep expertise in stakeholder alignment, design management, and construction execution, Peta plays a critical role in guiding multidisciplinary teams—including architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)—to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. Her portfolio includes oversight of diverse asset types, including commercial office developments, public parks, and institutional facilities.
Peta brings significant experience working with K–12 public school systems across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. She collaborates closely with program managers and public agencies to implement design standards, streamline approvals, and deliver high-quality educational environments. She is currently leading the development of a strategically located public high school in the DMV.

Prior to Seneca Group, Peta served as a Construction Manager for Ingleside Retirement Communities and spent over eight years with Skanska USA Building as a general contractor, delivering projects across government, K–12, and higher education sectors.
Peta holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
