Mike is a seasoned facilities and engineering leader known for his deep technical expertise, operational rigor, and ability to deliver high-performance, sustainable built environments. He joined Seneca Group in 2022 following a distinguished 30-year tenure at Hines, where he held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Engineering. In his final seven years at Hines, Mike supported Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities organization, partnering closely with stakeholders, including Seneca Group, on complex commercial office and R&D facility initiatives.

Mike brings extensive experience in facility and property management, with a strong foundation in critical operations and system reliability. His approach emphasizes proactive management to optimize energy efficiency, enhance occupant health, and maximize long-term asset performance. At Seneca Group, he is focused on Amazon projects and programs, including sustainability initiatives, transition-to-operations planning, and building commissioning.

A key contributor across the full project lifecycle, Mike applies an owner’s perspective from design and construction through transition to operations. He actively manages design engineers, leads value engineering of building systems, and supports major equipment selection. His responsibilities also include MEP subcontractor selection, commissioning agent (CxA) oversight, and representing owner operations teams throughout the development process. Mike’s combination of technical depth and practical experience makes him a trusted partner on complex, large-scale projects.
