Lavina is a highly experienced project leader known for delivering complex development programs, aligning diverse stakeholders, and navigating technical and regulatory challenges with precision. On assignment in London, UK, she brings more than 26 years of experience leading core advisory and development projects across many of Seneca Group’s core sectors.  Her expertise spans shell and core and tenant improvement projects, with a consistent focus on guiding initiatives from early planning through successful delivery. Her advisory services experience includes early real estate studies, due diligence management, feasibility studies and entitlements, and transaction support.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Lavina worked as a licensed structural engineer, where she played a key role in the planning and execution of landmark civic and cultural projects, including the Seattle Art Museum, Future of Flight Aviation Center, Seattle City Hall, Peninsula College, and Evergreen Hospital. This engineering background underpins her analytical, detail-oriented approach to project leadership.

Lavina excels at integrating into client organizations, quickly identifying critical issues, and driving alignment among owners, stakeholders, and project teams. Her experience includes long-range master planning, entitlement strategy, coordination with public agencies, and collaboration with clinical and operational groups during program planning.

She is particularly effective in complex environments, where her combination of strategic thinking and execution discipline enables her to deliver high-performing, resilient outcomes.

Lavina holds a Master in Civil & Structural Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
