About
Clint Cameron is a highly experienced development and construction leader with 25+ years of experience guiding complex healthcare, institutional, and technical projects from planning through and delivery. At Seneca Group, he helps clients navigate capital planning, development strategy, and project execution, combining deep operational understanding with expertise in stakeholder alignment, entitlement, procurement, and construction management.
For more than a decade, Clint has served as a trusted advisor to Seattle Children’s Hospital, leading delivery of major capital projects and strategic initiatives across its portfolio. His work has ranged from campus acquisitions and facility expansions to long-range planning efforts that support the hospital’s continued growth. Today, he works closely with Seattle Children’s leadership to help shape the future of its expanding Renton campus while continuing to support development efforts across their broader real estate portfolio. He has also supported confidential technology clients on advanced research and development facilities, bringing a disciplined approach to technical project delivery, operational planning, and complex stakeholder environments.
Before joining Seneca Group, Clint was a Project Manager with Wright Runstad, where he led commercial development and tenant improvement projects from entitlement through construction. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade with McDonald’s Corporation overseeing new store development and major capital programs across Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. Managing multiple concurrent ground-up developments, remodels, and tenant improvements annually, he developed deep expertise in site acquisition, entitlements, permitting, budgeting, consultant management, and construction oversight. He began his career with ISEC, where he advanced from Project Engineer to Project Manager, building a strong foundation in construction execution, project controls, and client management.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College.
