We led development management for Building Hope through planning, permitting, design, construction, and turnover. Our team coordinated project partners, budget, schedule, and stakeholder alignment while supporting one of the largest expansion efforts in Seattle Children’s history.

We coordinated integration of critical healthcare infrastructure supporting inpatient care, emergency services, imaging, and campus operations. Our team also managed site utility improvements, circulation enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades required to support future campus growth.

We supported transition planning and operational readiness activities to ensure the new facilities could be integrated into ongoing hospital operations. Coordination with clinical and support departments helped maintain continuity of care throughout implementation and occupancy.
