We managed master planning, permitting, design, and construction for the Janet Sinegal Patient Care Building and associated inpatient renovations. Our team coordinated project partners, budget, schedule, and stakeholder alignment while supporting expansion of critical patient care services within an active hospital campus.

We supported Seattle Children’s throughout planning and implementation, helping align capacity goals, patient experience objectives, and long-term campus priorities. Our team worked closely with hospital leadership and user groups to guide key decisions throughout development.

We coordinated closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain continuity of care throughout construction and renovation activities. Phased implementation and transition planning supported integration of new inpatient units, family amenities, and support spaces while minimizing disruption to hospital operations.

Expanding inpatient capacity within an active pediatric medical center required careful coordination around patient care, hospital operations, and regulatory requirements. We helped manage schedule, phasing, operational, and construction risks through proactive planning, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing oversight throughout delivery.
