About
Chris is a trusted leader in delivering highly complex, design-driven projects with precision, discretion, and unwavering client focus. With more than 30 years of experience across development, construction, and high-performance project delivery, he is known for his strategic leadership on complex residential estates and select commercial projects. He blends calm authority, technical rigor, and exceptional client stewardship, consistently guiding projects from vision through execution with clarity and discipline.
Chris leads the Luxury Residential sector, advising individuals and family offices on some of the most ambitious and sensitive private estates across Washington DC, Southern California, New York, and beyond. These projects often involve layered jurisdictional challenges, legacy structures, intricate landscape design, and highly specialized building programs – requiring seamless integration of architectural vision and operational execution. His approach is grounded in a belief that excellence is achieved through trust, transparency, and disciplined delivery.
Working in close partnership with world-renowned architects, leading interior designers, and top-tier builders, Chris fosters collaborative environments where creativity and execution are equally prioritized. His leadership ensures alignment across all stakeholders, discretion throughout the process, and a final outcome that reflects each client’s lifestyle, values, and long-term vision.
In addition to leading the Luxury Residential sector, Chris has managed major commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including high-profile developments for Amazon and other corporate clients. Prior to joining Seneca Group, he led the delivery of hospitality, multifamily, and high-rise office developments for private developers, building a strong foundation in managing complex projects with demanding design, schedule, and budget requirements.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington.
