Challenge
Establishing Amazon’s first owned office campus outside the U.S. required navigating a new regulatory and development landscape. The scale of the project introduced complexity in planning, coordination, and execution. Aligning global standards with local requirements added another layer of challenge. Delivering a cohesive campus to support a large and growing workforce further shaped the approach.
Solution
We provided owner representation from due diligence through occupancy, supporting each phase of the project. Our team coordinated across local and global stakeholders to align design, construction, and delivery expectations. Close oversight of budget, schedule, and approvals ensured consistency throughout execution. Collaboration across teams helped translate Amazon’s workplace standards into a new regional context.
Outcome & Impact
The Hyderabad campus serves as a major hub for Amazon’s presence in India, supporting a large and growing workforce. The scale and quality of the development reinforce long-term investment in the region. Integrated planning and execution enabled a smooth transition into operations. Our client received a flagship campus that supports continued growth and regional expansion.
