PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Amazon's first owned office building outside the US and largest single building globally is located in Hyderabad, India. Spread over a 9.5 acre site, the nearly 3 million square-foot campus provides a home base for Amazon's presence in India and serves as a hub for over 14,000 employees.

Seneca provided owner representation for Amazon throughout the project from due diligence and entitlements, design, construction and occupancy.
