Lavina Sadhwani

Lavina is part of a team delivering large-scale shell and core projects for commercial clients such as Expedia. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Lavina worked as a licensed structural engineer focusing on the planning and delivery of unique landmarks and public buildings, including Seattle Art Museum, Future of Flight, Seattle City Hall, Peninsula College and Evergreen Hospital.

Lavina holds a Master’s in Civil & Structural Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign. She obtained her Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from University of Washington in 2008.
