With more than 25 years of experience spanning high-end residential, hospitality, corporate, and historic preservation projects, Caroline brings deep expertise, discretion, and design sensitivity to every engagement. As an Associate Principal and High-End Residential Subject Matter Expert, Caroline is known for her calm leadership, technical rigor, and ability to navigate the most complex projects with grace and precision.

Caroline has led major real estate projects for corporate clients such as Meta, Expedia, and Amazon, as well as a portfolio of highly customized, private residential estates in the Pacific Northwest, Southern California, and New York City. Her residential work is defined by close collaboration with renowned architects and interior designers, and reflects a refined understanding of lifestyle, craftsmanship, and setting.

Her recent residential projects include the restoration of landmark waterfront estates, the renovation of historic compounds with layered regulatory approvals, and the master planning and development of expansive multi-dwelling properties—often involving complex site logistics, environmentally critical areas, and intensive technical coordination. From steep hillside builds to secure coastal retreats, Caroline works closely with each client to ensure their vision is realized with intention and integrity.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Caroline held senior roles at NBBJ and Mithun, where she managed architectural projects at the intersection of design excellence and disciplined delivery. Her diverse background makes her a trusted advisor across every phase of the planning, design and construction process.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and is a licensed architect. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a LEED® Accredited Professional with a Building Design + Construction (BD+C) specialty.
