About
Riley is a Development Manager with more than 11 years of experience delivering corporate workplace tenant improvements, healthcare, aviation, public assembly, cultural, and luxury residential projects. She has guided projects through all phases of development, from feasibility and project planning through design, construction, and occupancy. Known for her thoughtful leadership and strong relationship-building skills, Riley excels at aligning diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on design quality, project goals, and successful execution.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2019, Riley has led workplace projects for Amazon, Alaska Airlines, and Snap Inc., managed luxury residential developments for confidential clients, and supported high-profile projects across Seattle and Los Angeles. Notably, she has led a multi-phase campus redevelopment for a confidential client that combines historic renovations, specialized art environments, and carefully integrated new construction. In this role, she has coordinated global teams of architects, engineers, designers, and client stakeholders – including art and curatorial teams – to create flexible, high-performance spaces that support and enhance a significant art collection.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Riley worked for Clark Construction, where she developed expertise in healthcare, aviation, and public assembly projects. Her background in construction, combined with her experience in owner’s representation, enables her to effectively bridge design, construction, and client priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Riley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington.
