Leading projects across multiple U.S. markets, Nick combines deep expertise in project management and advisory services with a portfolio-wide perspective, operating at the intersection of corporate real estate strategy, capital project delivery, and organizational transformation.

His experience spans multiple sectors, including commercial office, research and development (R&D), mission critical facilities, education, healthcare, and hospitality. Nick has successfully led high-impact initiatives for globally recognized organizations such as Meta, Amazon, Alaska Airlines, F5 Networks, Expedia, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, IonQ, and Tommy Bahama.

Nick’s expertise spans the full spectrum of capital project delivery, from individual workplace and technical facility projects to large-scale campuses, adaptive reuse developments, and enterprise-wide real estate portfolios. Beyond execution, he serves as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on leasing and acquisitions, portfolio consolidation, workplace evolution, organizational design, reporting structures, and optimized project delivery models.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
