Nate is a development and project management professional specializing in large-scale corporate real estate, with expertise in design, construction, and end-to-end project delivery. He joined Seneca Group in 2021, where he played a key role on the development team for Amazon’s HQ2 project, contributing to the design, construction, and delivery of over 2M SF of Class A office space. His work supported one of the most significant corporate real estate developments in the United States.

In 2024, Nate transitioned to The Johns Hopkins University as a Senior Design & Construction Project Manager, where he managed real estate development initiatives across a 6M SF portfolio of owned and leased assets. His responsibilities included capital project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and lifecycle project oversight within a complex institutional environment.

Earlier in his career, Nate spent six years in technical architect roles at Hickok Cole and bKL Architecture in Washington, DC and Chicago. In these roles, he led projects from conceptual design through construction, building a strong foundation in design execution, documentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Nate returned to Seneca Group in 2025, where he now manages the development of high-profile corporate projects, including the Booz Allen project, leveraging his combined experience in architecture, institutional real estate, and large-scale development.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
