Laura is a strategic real estate leader known for her expertise in development management, complex deal execution, and aligning real estate strategy with business objectives. She is a distinguished senior executive and Principal at Seneca Group, with an impressive 30+ year track record in real estate strategy, equity placement, feasibility assessement, due diligence and transaction support, and development management. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in delivering landmark projects that have significantly influenced the built environment.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2005, Laura has played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and streamlining its operations. She leads strategic initiatives, oversees large-scale project delivery, nurtures key client relationships, and mentors the next generation of talent within the firm’s multidisciplinary team. Her leadership is defined by an ability to synthesize complex variables, “connect the dots,” and translate vision into executable real estate solutions.
Laura’s expertise has been sought out by some of the nation’s most recognizable firms. Her diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, including Seattle Children’s Hospital, Meta, Amazon, Alaska Airlines, Starbucks, F5 Networks, Isilon, the Museum of Flight, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences (SAAS), Tommy Bahama, and the University of Washington. Laura’s work has contributed to transformative developments that have shaped both organizational outcomes and the built environment.
Prior to Seneca Group, Laura held Vice President roles at Heartland Real Estate Advisory & Investment and Kinzer Real Estate Services, where she focused on investment strategy, equity placement, and transaction advisory. Across her career, she is recognized for rigorous analysis, strategic insight, and delivering results in complex real estate environments.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Architectural History and a Master in Urban Planning & Real Estate Finance from the University of Virginia.
