James is a highly experienced project leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex capital projects and large-scale development programs. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, he excels at guiding projects through complexity while maintaining focus on business objectives, schedule, and budget.

Since joining Seneca Group in 2016, James has led numerous multi-year tenant improvement and capital projects for technology and education clients. He plays a pivotal role in delivering Meta projects nationwide, supporting implementation across multiple regions while aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders. His expertise extends beyond project delivery to program-level leadership that provides transparency, drives decision-making, and keeps large, distributed teams aligned.

Prior to Seneca Group, James spent more than 15 years with Skanska USA, delivering complex projects for clients including the University of Washington, Microsoft, Amazon, Alaska Airlines, Casey Family Programs, Amgen, Berlex, Port of Seattle and the GSA. His extensive construction background makes him particularly effective at contractor selection, onboarding, GMP review and negotiation, and guiding project teams toward successful outcomes.

James is recognized for his thoughtful approach, strong stakeholder relationships, and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives.

James received ‎a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas Tech University.
