For more than 20 years, we have partnered with Seattle Prep to help plan, develop, and implement campus improvements that support the school's evolving educational, athletic, and community goals. Our long-standing relationship provides continuity across projects, helping ensure each investment contributes to a cohesive campus strategy while maximizing the value of previous improvements and future development opportunities.

We provided comprehensive project management services from planning through occupancy, overseeing consultant and contractor procurement, contract negotiations, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, design management, construction administration, and stakeholder communication. Acting as an extension of Seattle Prep's team, we guided the project from concept through completion while maintaining alignment with cost, schedule, and program objectives.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure building systems supported the diverse operational requirements of athletic training, fitness, student activities, and multi-purpose programming. Our oversight helped create a facility that balances performance, flexibility, occupant comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.

We coordinated transition planning and occupancy activities to support a seamless opening of the new facility. Through careful scheduling, stakeholder communication, and operational planning, we helped ensure athletic, student life, and community programs could quickly transition into the new space.

We proactively managed risks associated with site constraints, permitting, budget performance, construction logistics, and occupied-campus operations. Through disciplined project controls and continuous coordination with school leadership and project stakeholders, we helped maintain project momentum and successfully deliver a transformative addition to the Seattle Prep campus.
