Chris is a seasoned development leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex real estate projects and portfolio initiatives across the Pacific Northwest. Known for combining strategic thinking with practical execution, he helps clients align real estate investments with business objectives to drive long-term value.

At Seneca Group, Chris leads projects for clients including Seattle Children’s Hospital, Alaska Airlines, SAAS, and Amazon, guiding multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, construction, and occupancy. He also advises clients on portfolio planning, transaction due diligence, workplace strategy, concept budgeting, and landlord coordination. His ability to connect business priorities with project execution makes him a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to the firm’s growth and business development efforts.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Chris spent 10 years with Sellen Construction, where he gained broad experience across the full project lifecycle, including tenant improvements, ground-up development, major renovations, permitting, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, commissioning, and project closeout.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University.
