We provided comprehensive project management services from permitting through construction, leading consultant procurement, contract negotiations, budget and schedule management, and design and construction oversight. Acting as the Museum’s representative, we coordinated architects, contractors, exhibit consultants, and stakeholders to successfully deliver the first phase of the Museum’s long-term campus expansion.

We worked closely with the design and exhibit teams to ensure building systems supported the specialized environmental, operational, and exhibit requirements of a major museum expansion. Our oversight helped align infrastructure, building performance, and long-term operational needs while supporting a flexible and immersive visitor experience.

We coordinated project delivery with the Museum’s exhibit, collections, and operations teams to support artifact installation, exhibit readiness, and a seamless transition into the new galleries and visitor spaces. Through proactive planning and coordination, we helped ensure the facility was prepared to support visitors, staff, and collections from day one.

We proactively managed risks related to permitting, budget, schedule, stakeholder coordination, and the integration of exhibits within a complex museum environment. Through continuous monitoring, disciplined cost control, and close collaboration with the project team, we maintained alignment with project goals and supported successful delivery of this critical phase of the Museum’s master plan.
