Matthew Elliott

Professional Engineer, Associate Principal

Matthew has over 17 years of multi-disciplinary experience in project planning, design, and construction. While at Seneca Group, he has managed the delivery of a diverse number of projects including complex tenant improvements, ground-up developments, as well as a 3 million SF international corporate campus. During his tenure in the industry Matthew has designed, built, and managed the development of both public and private projects in the commercial office, civic, retail, residential, and energy sectors.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Architecture, as well as a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
