For 20+ years, we have partnered with SAAS to guide the strategic growth of its urban campus. Through a combination of strategic advisory, financing support, transaction planning, and project management services, we have helped the school implement its long-term vision across multiple facilities, ensuring each project advances educational goals, strengthens campus connectivity, and supports future growth.

We provided comprehensive project management services, overseeing planning, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, design management, construction administration, FF&E coordination, and occupancy planning. Acting as Seattle Academy's representative, we guided the project from concept through completion while maintaining alignment with cost, schedule, and program objectives.

The facility incorporates highly specialized environments including fabrication labs, recording studios, maker spaces, and commercial kitchen facilities, each requiring unique technical infrastructure. We worked closely with the design and construction teams to ensure building systems supported these diverse program needs while maintaining operational efficiency, flexibility, and long-term performance.

We coordinated furniture, equipment, technology, and move-in activities to support a smooth transition into the new facility. Our planning ensured specialized learning environments, classrooms, and collaboration spaces were fully operational and ready for students and faculty at opening.

We proactively managed risks associated with urban-site construction, specialized program requirements, campus integration, budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination. Through disciplined project controls and continuous collaboration, we helped successfully deliver the final and most complex phase of Seattle Academy's campus development.
