Seattle Prep’s campus master plan had not been comprehensively updated since 2010 while the school had recently completed a new strategic plan that identified evolving academic, enrollment, and operational priorities. Located on a highly constrained urban campus, Seattle Prep needed a practical framework for evaluating future investments, maximizing existing assets, and identifying opportunities for growth while balancing competing priorities and limited space.

We partnered with Seattle Prep to translate its strategic vision and existing campus planning efforts into a focused, actionable real estate strategy. Through stakeholder engagement, facility assessments, and strategic analysis, we developed a phased 5- to 20-year roadmap that prioritized investments, identified opportunities to optimize campus resources, and aligned future development with the school’s academic and operational goals. Our team continues to advise Seattle Prep on campus planning and real estate decisions as needs evolve.
