About
Matt is a project delivery leader specializing in large-scale tenant improvements and complex built-to-suit developments, known for his strength in stakeholder coordination, budget and schedule control, and solving high-stakes project challenges. Matt is a Seattle-based project delivery leader specializing in large-scale tenant improvement and built-to-suit development across complex, high-profile environments. Currently supporting Amazon projects across the greater Seattle Eastside, he is responsible for delivering approximately 2M SF of TI work, with a focus on budget discipline, schedule execution, landlord coordination, and lease alignment. His work consistently integrates tenant-driven design requirements with operational efficiency, ensuring scalable and predictable outcomes across expansive portfolios.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2017, Matt has led development efforts for major clients throughout the Puget Sound region, building a reputation for structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment in fast-moving, design-intensive environments. His portfolio spans office, retail, and residential amenity spaces, often involving sophisticated design standards and significant capital investment.
Prior to Seneca Group, Matt developed a diverse foundation across both contractor and owner-side roles. As part of CBRE’s large and special projects construction group, he managed complex initiatives on Microsoft’s campus. He also contributed to the development of the 654-unit Via6 residential project with Pine Street Group, and earlier, as a contractor with Turner Construction, delivered a range of industrial, medical, and office tenant improvements. Notable projects include the multi-year renovations of the Seattle Aquarium and Pike Place Market—both logistically complex, publicly sensitive developments requiring precise execution.
His combined experience across construction, development, and client-side advisory positions him as a versatile operator capable of navigating technical complexity while maintaining strong client alignment and execution rigor.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
