He is a project executive specializing in tenant improvement and complex commercial construction projects across Seattle and Washington, DC. He leads the delivery of multi-tenant and single-tenant buildouts for owned and leased assets, with a primary focus on high-performance office environments for enterprise clients, including Amazon. With over 12 years of experience spanning real estate development management and general contracting, Marks brings an integrated perspective that aligns design, construction, and client objectives.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2016, Marks has managed large-scale shell and core developments as well as highly technical tenant improvement projects, consistently delivering on schedule, budget, and operational requirements. His background includes seven years as a general contractor, where he developed deep expertise in construction execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Prior to Seneca Group, Marks served as a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction and CMS, Inc. in the Washington, D.C. region. His portfolio includes over 2M SF of construction and renovation at Walter Reed Medical Center, where he supported critical healthcare environments such as operating rooms, oncology units, and surgical suites. He also contributed to the delivery of Capitol Crossing, a complex core and shell development constructed over an active interstate, requiring advanced phasing and logistical coordination. At CMS Construction, he led projects involving continuously operating critical infrastructure, including a sustainable wind energy facility.
