About
Kristen is a strategic project leader known for delivering complex corporate office tenant improvements and large-scale development projects. Since joining Seneca Group in 2019, she has played a key role in delivering more than 800,000 SF of tenant improvements for major clients and was a pivotal leader on the recently completed 660K SF Alaska Airlines Global Training Center.
Drawing on her architectural background, Kristen leads permitting and entitlement strategies, leveraging deep land use expertise to navigate regulatory processes and keep projects moving efficiently.
Her experience spans the full development lifecycle, from feasibility analysis and acquisition support through design, construction, and occupancy. She played a significant role in Meta’s Spring District portfolio, supporting lease negotiations, landlord coordination, acquisition efforts, entitlement closeout, and tenant improvements across multiple assets throughout the district. Notably, she contributed to the redevelopment of Block 20, the former REI headquarters, overseeing acquisition support, entitlement closeout, and interior renovation efforts. Her portfolio also includes mixed-use residential developments, corporate interiors, and commercial shell-and-core projects, providing a well-rounded perspective on project planning and delivery.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Kristen worked as a Project Architect in Washington, DC, and Seattle, building expertise in design coordination, project management, property analysis, and feasibility studies that support acquisition and redevelopment decisions.
Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to client success, Kristen delivers thoughtful, practical solutions that align project objectives with successful outcomes.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
