Jack is a commercial real estate development and project management leader specializing in tenant improvements, adaptive reuse, and highly technical facility delivery. Known for his precision, operational focus, and strong cross-functional coordination, he helps clients navigate complex projects from strategy and design through construction and transition to operations.

Since joining Seneca Group in 2019, Jack has played a key role in the development and delivery of major projects across the Puget Sound region and Northern Virginia. His experience includes approximately 450K SF of adaptive reuse tenant improvements for Amazon HQ2, leadership of a 130K SF first-generation workplace buildout, and management of the transition-to-operations process for 2.1M SF across Amazon’s HQ2 office towers. He also led the design and construction of a 30K SF expansion to Alaska Airlines’ active flight simulator facility, requiring careful coordination within an operational environment.

Jack specializes in operational readiness and complex project delivery, helping clients navigate the unique challenges of occupied facilities, technical environments, and large-scale workplace developments.

Prior to Seneca Group, Jack co-founded a commercial real estate technology company and worked as a broker, specializing in medical office space. This combination of entrepreneurial, brokerage, and development experience gives him a unique perspective on aligning business objectives, market dynamics, and project execution.

Jack holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Studies from the University of Washington Runstad Department, an MBA with a Sustainable Systems concentration from Presidio Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Washington.
