Blair is a seasoned project delivery leader with more than 16 years of experience managing complex corporate real estate projects. He is known for his client-focused approach, strong communication skills, and ability to guide large teams through challenging project environments. Blair helps clients successfully deliver high-profile developments while balancing business objectives, operational requirements, schedule, and budget.

Since joining Seneca Group, Blair has played a leadership role on several of the firm’s largest workplace developments. He has led more than 2M SF of development for Amazon in Bellevue, WA, overseeing projects through design, construction, and occupancy. His experience spans multiple Amazon projects, giving him deep knowledge of client standards, City of Bellevue processes, and stakeholder coordination requirements. He is skilled at managing diverse teams, maintaining project momentum, and driving successful outcomes.

Previously, Blair was an integral member of the team that delivered Expedia Group’s 40-acre global headquarters campus on Seattle’s waterfront, helping guide one of the region’s most significant adaptive reuse developments through completion and occupancy.

Before joining Seneca Group, Blair served as a Construction Project Manager with CBRE, supporting integrated client accounts for Microsoft and Group Health Cooperative. This experience strengthened his expertise in owner representation, client advisory services, and capital project delivery.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Washington.
