Seneca Group was the tenant representative and project manager for the planning, design, and construction of the 120,000 SF headquarters for this non-profit leader in global health innovation. As Seneca's second major project for PATH, having managed their move to Ballard in 2001, we were delighted to help them move to South Lake Union.
