Marks Brewbaker

Associate Principal

Marks is responsible for delivering multiple tenant improvement projects in owned and leased projects in Seattle and the Washington, DC, regions, primarily for commercial office clients like Amazon. Prior to joining Seneca, Marks worked as a project manager for Balfour Beatty Construction and CMS, Inc. in the Washington, DC, area and has over twelve years of experience in the design and construction industry.

Marks holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. He attained his EIT in the State of Virginia, is an accredited LEED Green Associate, and obtained a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
