Kristen Linn

RA, LEED AP BD+C, Development Manager

Kristen is working on the delivery of several commercial office tenant improvement projects for clients such as Facebook. Prior to Seneca, she worked as a Project Architect in Washington DC and Seattle. She has experience with mixed-use residential, corporate interiors, and commercial shell and core.

Kristen is a Registered Architect in Virginia and a LEED® Accredited Professional BD+C. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and recently received her certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
