Before joining Seneca Group, Crystal worked at San Francisco State University as a Gift Processor in the University Advancement department. Crystal moved to Washington and joined Seneca Group in 2019. Crystal provides project and administrative support for clients including Amazon and Alaska Airlines.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
