Crystal is a detail-oriented professional who provides critical administrative and project coordination support for tenant improvement and ground-up development projects. She partners closely with project managers to help keep projects on schedule and financially aligned through invoice processing, cost tracking, reporting, and project administration.

She plays an important role in maintaining project momentum by coordinating communications, managing financial and contractual documentation, and supporting project closeouts. Working closely with clients, vendors, and contractors, Crystal helps ensure outstanding items are resolved and administrative requirements are completed efficiently.

In addition to her project responsibilities, Crystal supports the Marketing Team through industry association involvement, sponsorship management, event coordination, and maintaining key operational systems that support business development efforts. She also brings creativity and enthusiasm to planning office events that foster a collaborative workplace culture and actively helps organize and participate in firm-led community service and volunteer initiatives.

Before joining Seneca Group in 2019, Crystal worked at San Francisco State University as a Gift Processor in the University Advancement Department. She later relocated to Washington, where she continues to support cross-functional teams with precision, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
