About
Robyn is a Development Manager with more than 10 years of experience delivering corporate workplace, civic, education, and healthcare projects. Her background in architecture and development management enables her to align design, operational, and business objectives while guiding projects from early planning through occupancy.
Since joining Seneca Group in 2022, Robyn has supported workplace and tenant improvement projects for Amazon and Alaska Airlines across Seattle and Bellevue. Her work includes permitting, stakeholder management, design and construction oversight, and occupancy planning, including initiatives supporting evolving workplace strategies and return-to-office programs.
Robyn is particularly skilled at managing phased projects, navigating regulatory approvals, coordinating with landlords and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and maintaining alignment among clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. She is known for building strong relationships, proactively resolving issues, and helping projects advance efficiently through design and construction.
Prior to joining Seneca Group, Robyn was an Associate Architect at NBBJ, where she focused on corporate, commercial, and civic developments across the West Coast. She contributed to projects ranging from 50K to 1M SF, with a strong emphasis on site design, land use compliance, and historic landmark preservation. Her portfolio includes numerous completed buildings and master planning efforts across the United States. Earlier in her career at CannonDesign, she contributed to healthcare, education, and research facilities, building expertise in design, planning, consultant management, and sustainable design strategies.
Robyn has a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Architecture and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
