Petra is a design and construction management leader known for delivering complex projects with precision, strong budget and schedule control, and seamless coordination across stakeholders. On assignment in London, Petra joined Seneca Group in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in design and construction management across diverse sectors. Her expertise spans industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities, corporate office and retail tenant improvements, design-build MEP systems, IT/AV/security systems, and film studios environments.

At Seneca Group, Petra plays a key role in supporting the firm’s expanding UK operations. She leads the design and construction phases of projects as part of an integrated delivery model that combines planning, project management, and execution. Her work is characterized by rigorous control of project budgets and schedules, strategic vendor selection, meticulous design management, and effective coordination with authorities having jurisdiction, ensuring compliance and successful delivery. Petra excels at client stakeholder coordination and translation from goals to design.

Prior to joining Seneca Group, Petra held a leadership role at JLL Project & Development Services, where she managed multiple concurrent projects from feasibility through construction completion. Earlier in her career at Howard S. Wright, she advanced from Project Engineer to Project Manager, contributing to large-scale tenant improvement projects, including full-building Class A office developments.

Petra is recognized for her precision in project execution, cross-functional coordination, and ability to deliver complex construction programs efficiently across highly technical environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
