Nicky is a seasoned design and construction leader known for delivering complex, high-stakes projects with precision, strategic oversight, and cross-disciplinary expertise. She brings over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, specializing in commercial, technology, and education environments. She currently delivers tenant improvement projects for major commercial office clients, including Meta and Amazon, while also leading private K–12 education developments. Since joining Seneca Group in 2020, Nicky has managed more than 400K SF of highly specialized, confidential R&D facilities for technology clients, demonstrating deep expertise in secure and technically complex project environments. She recently oversaw the development of a new five-story Upper School campus for Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences (SAAS).

Prior to Seneca Group, Nicky worked for architectural firms in New York and Seattle before founding and operating her own design and construction consulting firm. There, she provided comprehensive services including owner representation, project management, cost management, entitlement and permitting coordination, cost analysis, design strategy and design services.

Her experience spans commercial office, retail, residential, and industrial sectors, with a consistent focus on aligning design intent, construction execution, and stakeholder objectives. Nicky is recognized for her ability to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary projects while navigating regulatory complexity, technical requirements, and client confidentiality.

Nicky holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University.
